Stability - Accelerated Aging Process

Due to the fact that the real-time aging process of the products takes a long time, changes in environmental conditions (temperature, etc.) is the faster realization of the product aging process. Despite this, real-time aging procedures should be performed in appropriate environments. Especially in different countries, the environmental conditions may vary. According to this, the stability conditions may also vary. After accelerated aging or aging tests are completed, if a process change occurs that directly affects product quality, stability studies should also be repeated. (For example: package change, sterilization method change, etc.)

The process is carried out by keeping your products in the stability cabinets for the calculated periods. Testing should be requested for product sterility, package strength, changes in product structure after stability, and package and product integrity should be evaluated after aging.
