Bacterial Endotoxin (LAL) Test

 

The Bacterial Endotoxins Test is an in vitro assay for the detection and quantification of bacterial endotoxins, which are a component of the cell wall of gram negative bacteria. It is carried out within the scope of TURKAK accreditation. It is carried out for the following situations and products; 

Injectable pharmaceutical products, 

Medical devices and similar products that have direct or indirect contact with cardiovascular, lymphatic or cerebrospinal fluid (Pacemaker, prosthesis, etc.) 

Water and other products used in the production of injectable products, etc., 

The testing process meets the requirements specified according to USP <85>, USP section <161>, EP 2.6.14 pharmacopoeias.
