Accelerated Aging Process

 

Due to the fact that the real-time aging process of the products takes a long time, the product aging process is performed faster by changing the ambient conditions (temperature, etc.). However, real-time aging processes should be done in suitable environments. Environmental conditions may vary, especially in different countries. Accordingly, the stability conditions may also vary. After the accelerated aging or aging tests are completed, if a process change that directly affects the product quality occurs, the stability studies should be repeated. (Ex: package change, sterilization method change etc.) 

The process is carried out by keeping your products in the stability cabinets for the calculated periods. Test should be requested for product sterility, package strength, changes in product structure after stability, and package and product integrity should be evaluated after aging. The aging process and the tests after the aging process are evaluated separately.
